Pomashi Group of Companies is the brainchild of Ms. Pontsho Mashigo, who serves as the Managing Director. With over 20 years of client-facing experience, Ms. Mashigo has built a reputation for excellence in customer service, shaped by daily interactions with people from all walks of life. Her passion for serving others and her natural talent for customer relationship management have been the cornerstone of her leadership journey.

After two decades in the retail industry—where she held senior roles at two of South Africa’s major retail giants, including her final position as Area Manager for Gauteng South—Ms. Mashigo made the bold decision to transition into entrepreneurship. This pivotal move gave rise to Pomashi Group of Companies.

The name “Pomashi” is a creative blend of the first two letters of her first name and the first four letters of her surname, symbolizing the personal vision and commitment behind the brand.
